Position Overview: Insurance Agent Team Member

We're seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our dynamic insurance agency team in Saline, MI. As a valued team member, you'll build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote a wide range of insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:

- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

Requirements:

- Sales experience preferred (e.g., outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (preferred)
- Self-motivation and attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license
- Ability to obtain Life and Health license

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM
Flexible remote and hybrid work options available

Compensation:

$40,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
