Job Description

Amazon PPC Specialist

Are you passionate about driving growth and creating impactful advertising strategies on Amazon? We're on a mission to help people feel and look their best in quality apparel, and we're seeking a skilled Amazon PPC Specialist to join our team! With a strong commitment to innovation and customer experience, we leverage data, humor, and a focus on fit and comfort in everything we do.

In this role, you'll manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to fuel growth, boost sales, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Working closely with our marketing and sales teams, you'll help shape our advertising strategies and bring your expertise to our dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Position Overview

As a virtual-first company, we offer flexibility and a collaborative environment that embraces innovation. While we have a headquarters for in-person meetings when needed, this role is remote, so you can work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Join us and play a vital role in shaping the future of our brand!

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing terms that drive traffic and conversions.
Bid Management: Optimize bids and budgets to enhance ad performance, maximize ROI, and minimize waste.
Ad Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring KPIs (e.g., ACOS, ROAS, CTR) are consistently met.
Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on competitor activity and Amazon best practices to identify opportunities for growth.
A/B Testing: Experiment with ad creatives, copy, and placements to uncover the most effective combinations.
Listing Optimization: Partner with the content team to optimize product listings for SEO and align them with ad campaigns.
Budget Management: Manage monthly budgets to meet business objectives and optimize performance.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and actionable insights on trends, performance, and improvement areas.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with a record of driving sales and optimizing ACOS.
Tools: Proficient in Amazon Advertising Console and tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Sellics.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a talent for interpreting data to make informed decisions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to share clear, actionable insights with the team.
Attention to Detail: Able to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities without missing a beat.
Certifications: Amazon Advertising certifications are a plus but not required.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software for analysis and reporting.

Preferred Skills

Experience in eCommerce or working with Amazon FBA sellers.
Understanding of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and brand management.
Experience with additional digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a bonus.

Our Values

Move the Needle - We prioritize impactful, measurable work and value efficiency, simplicity, and technology.
Harness Grit - We are determined and optimistic, even when the going gets tough.
Go Fast - We embrace agility, preferring progress over perfection.
Execute as a Pro - We operate with an owner's mindset, constantly improving.
Be Creative - We challenge the norm and think outside the box.
Lead with Empathy - We put customers and colleagues first, embracing inclusivity and understanding.

Work Environment

This role is remote, allowing you to work from your home or any location with reliable internet. We'll provide you with the tools and support for a productive and collaborative virtual experience. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to attend quarterly meetings in California to connect with the team.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

We're dedicated to creating a space where everyone can show up as their best self. We welcome diverse voices and value inclusion across race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, veteran status, abilities, and more. If you need any accommodations, please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist.

Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the role and its responsibilities. Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned to meet business needs.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 39,000.00 101,000.00 Per Year
