Job Description

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is looking for a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role you will collaborate with students educators and families to assess and create effective behavior intervention plans enhancing the learning and development of students with behavioral challenges. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to significantly impact students academic and social success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify students behavioral needs and the factors contributing to challenging behaviors.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support services to students teachers and families.
Collaborate with teachers special education staff and other related service providers to integrate behavior intervention strategies into students educational programs.
Train and support school staff and families in the implementation of behavior intervention plans and strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans making adjustments as necessary.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments interventions and progress monitoring.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings including IEP meetings to develop and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral interventions through ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

BCBA certification given by the BACB
Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Masters degree in Special Education or related field
Minimum 1 years Behavior Specialist experience required
