What We're Offering:
- Competitive Pay: $24.09 (English Only) - $25.65 (Multilingual)
- Remote Work: Work from home within Washington State

The Role:
As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of our organization, handling inbound calls from our members. On a typical day, you'll manage around 40 calls, providing essential information and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage inbound member calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and resolve member inquiries
- Translate written materials or provide spoken interpretation when needed
- Maintain detailed call records and follow-up as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of direct customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking aptitude
- Stable work history
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in call centers, human services, or social justice organizations
- Bilingual skills, especially in Korean, Russian, Cantonese, or Mandarin
