Business Consultant | About You  

As a Business Consultant, you are responsible for providing strategic insight and delivering solutions to help businesses optimize their operations and execute data-driven initiatives. You will work closely with various business leaders to develop a priority roadmap for data initiatives, with a focus on executing AI projects. Your expertise in financial data management and data analytics tools will enable you to guide teams through complex challenges and ensure the successful implementation of projects. With strong business acumen and a collaborative approach, you will be crucial in aligning technology solutions with business needs to drive efficiency and growth. Your ability to assess data landscapes, recommend actionable solutions, and manage cross-functional teams will be key in this dynamic role. 

Business Consultant | Day-to-Day  

• Collaborate with business leaders and offshore teams to assess current data landscapes and identify pain points within financial systems. 
• Develop and manage a strategic roadmap for AI-driven projects and data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure the successful execution of data-related tasks. 
• Act as a technical escalation point for project challenges, offering support and solutions as needed. 
• Facilitate the optimization of data processes and workflows within the Snowflake environment, ensuring consistency and accuracy. 
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical requirements into actionable business insights. 

Business Consultant | Skills & Experience  

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Consultant with a strong focus on data initiatives and AI project execution. 
• Expertise in Snowflake, SQL, DBT, Tableau, and financial systems (such as SAP Hana and Salesforce). 
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including offshore teams, business leaders, and technical experts. 
• Strong business acumen with experience managing and delivering financial data initiatives. 
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively provide solutions to complex data challenges. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
