Job Description

We are seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, offering high-level support and solutions with a focus on creating a positive experience. You will make outbound calls related to specific programs and projects, and utilize our provided tools to ensure that customer interactions are accurately documented. Our goal is to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, while providing exceptional service in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls based on assigned programs or projects
Accurately document customer interactions using company tools
Upsell products and services when appropriate
Set appointments in a business-to-customer environment
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, services, and current promotions
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met
Required Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in a call center environment, including familiarity with automatic dialers and call scripting (this is essential for remote candidates)
A clear, professional, and friendly voice
Excellent communication, active listening, and people skills
Strong attendance and punctuality
Previous sales experience is preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer literacy and proficiency are essential
Experience in an outbound calling environment is a plus
Work-From-Home (WAH) Requirements:
A PC or Laptop running Windows 10 or higher (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
USB-connected headset
Webcam
A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (pets, children, etc.)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 15.00 19.00 Per Hour
