About the Job

DSL Express is now hiring Class B and C CDL OTR Solo Truck Drivers! Company drivers with 2+ yrs of experience and a decent MVR/PSP score. Position available ASAP. Gross Earnings are between $52,000 to $78,000 per year per driver for those who drive all year long. Sometimes more. The market is slower now. We have had guys make up to $109,000 last year when the market was stronger. We expect a pickup in 2nd quarter 2024 starting around June.

 
IMPORTANT: Class B and C Trucks are OTR rated with sleeper births! You will not sleep on a bench seat!


Solo Driver Pay:

• 30% of the gross linehaul plus bonuses . Depending on EXP and MVR.
• Average miles are around 2000 miles per week depending on the season. Some do more.
• The average gross income is $1000 to $1500 per week per driver (for average solo drivers). Sometimes more.

 
Referral Bonus:

• Do you drive with us and like us? Help bring a friend. $1000 referral bonus per driver and $1500 for owner ops.

Job Description:

• Must have Class B or C CDL minimum. Additional Endorsements and class A are a bonus.
• Must-Have 2+ yrs CDL Exp.
• Must Have Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
• Dry Vans or Refer work available.
• All No Touch Freight. Some Drop and Hook.
• Doesn’t matter where you live.
• We offer Unlimited miles within ELD Compliance.

 
Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly pay with direct deposit (no waiting on checks).
• 30% of the gross linehaul plus bonuses for Solo/Single drivers, depending on EXP and MVR.
• Monthly bonuses depend on safety, delivery, and communication.
• Bonuses for passed DOT inspections.
• The average gross income is $1000 to $1500 per week per driver (for average drivers). Sometimes more.

Driver Requirements :

• Truck driving is a demanding job! You have to be healthy and able and willing to work.
• Must have a Minimum of 2 years of driving experience. May accept candidates with slightly less.
• Must have a valid CDL Class B or C without pending suspensions.
• Must be able to work with modern ELD systems.
• Must be able to pass a drug test. No acceptations.
• Must have a valid medical card issued.
• Must have a stable work history and good references.
• Must have no more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years.
• No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years.
• No DWIs, DUI, or BAC in the last 4 years.
• No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
• No license suspension for points, or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations during the last year.
• Must provide no less than 3 years of work history, non-driving work history for the past 3 years will be also verified.
• Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable.
