Re-Entry Program

The purpose of our re-entry program is to help those in the parole/probation community in every phase of their reintegration. Whether they are just starting out or looking to advance further, we are here to meet them where they are at.

• Personalized Support: Assessing where our clients are in their journey, then providing tailored assistance and guidance.
• Educational Classes: Offering everything from literacy to computer skills.
• Job Preparation: From resume writing to interview coaching.
• Wellness and Guidance: Emotional support and wellness programs to ensure our clients feel secure, empowered, and ready for their next step.

CLASS FACILITATOR

A Class Facilitator is a professional who will work with our re-entry clients to help them achieve their goals by providing guidance and support in various areas, from creating job resumes to coping tools.

This is an in-person position within Boston, MA.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be comfortable assisting the parole/probation population
• Ability to effectively facilitate information relevant to the clients, in real time.
• Skilled in demonstrating adaptable thinking and facilitating
• Excellent in written and verbal communications
• Strong organizational skills are a must
• Approachable and client-oriented 
• Attentive to details 
• Dependable punctuality
• Passion to help others
• Eagerness to expand your knowledge
• Multilingual is a plus [Not Required]

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gauge client requirements and the best way to address them
• Ascertain clients goals through ongoing discussions
• Identify internal and contextual roadblocks, and ultimately devise plans to improve them
• Facilitate emotional and behavioral regulation techniques
• Facilitate re-entry clients with life skills, from computer literacy to job hunting
• Develop action plans that center on the actualization of each clients stated ambitions
• Evaluate clients advancement toward goal actualization
• Encourage continued and sustainable progress
