• Expertise in Italian cuisine and the ability to follow and create recipes
• Oversee and manage the culinary team, ensuring high standards and consistency in food quality
• Handle the challenges of a busy kitchen environment, with operations open 7 nights a week
• Not a country club guy; must fit our team culture and dynamic
• Multi-unit experience is a plus, but not required
• Understand and implement effective kitchen systems and processes
• Maintain a professional, clean-cut appearance
