Job Responsibilities
1. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone provide timely responses to customer needs resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Communication Coordination: Maintain timely communication with the headquarters in China to ensure smooth information flow.
3. Customer Guidance: Guide customers toward a positive perception of the company alleviating any negative perceptions.
4. Issue Summarization: Summarize and analyze the primary aftersales and customer issues and promptly escalate unresolved issues to the Research and Development team and Field Application Engineers (FAE).
Job Requirements
1. Experience: Experience in robotic phone customer service is preferred.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs.
3. Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with a multinational team and possess crosscultural communication skills.
4. Problem Solving: Capable of quickly resolving problems and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
5. Customer Focus: A customercentric approach actively maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.
