Key Responsibilities:
Assist with clearing backlog by accurately entering and retrieving data from various systems.
Compile reports and manage information by maintaining organized files and records.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support business objectives and address any challenges.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data through regular audits.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and adhere to data privacy policies.
Identify and correct any errors in data entries to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Safely store and dispose of sensitive data in compliance with established protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
At least 1 year of experience in data entry.
Experience working with homeless families or individuals is a plus.
Proficiency in a computer-based work environment, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Flexible shifts available every day except Sundays and Saturdays.
Competitive pay ranging from $24.00 to $30.00 per hour.
