Position Overview :
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Event Assistants . No prior experience is necessary—our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills needed to succeed. As an Event Assistant, you’ll help ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the setup, coordination, and management of promotional events
• Greet and engage with event attendees to provide a positive experience
• Help manage event logistics, ensuring all elements run smoothly
• Assist with product demonstrations and distribute promotional materials
• Provide support to the event team and communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members
• Help maintain event equipment and materials
• Collaborate with the event manager to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards

Qualifications :

• No previous experience is required; full training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a diverse audience
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as needed
• Must be 18 years or older with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
