Job Description

New Private Beach Club development in Western Nassau searching for an Executive Chef to lead the charge! We are searching for a culinary professional who has a creative spirit and strong organizational skills. Experienced Chef with a love of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine who has had success building and developing a team. We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead our new beach club restaurant opening in the Bahamas.

Executive Chef Necessities

New Restaurant Opening experience
3+ years in an Executive Chef role
Team building, development, and strong employee retention history
Concept and menu creation including costing and recipe development for al la carte and events
Strong knowledge of financial performance including top-line sales, controlling COGS and labor along with inventory management
Guest and VIP engagement. A strong commitment to exceeding guest expectations
Love the sun and the beach
