Job Description Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a proactive Junior Web Developer to support the development and maintenance of client websites. The ideal candidate is passionate about web development, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team.
Duties - Web Development Support: Assist in building websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- User Interface Collaboration: Work with designers to implement visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular website updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high performance and functionality.
- Client Communication: Support effective client communication, ensuring timely updates on project progress and addressing client needs with professionalism.
- On-Time Delivery: Adhere to project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of tasks to meet client expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team by sharing ideas for improving website functionality and user experience.
Qualifications Required education and experience: - Relevant work experience or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development.
- Basic knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with WordPress and other content management systems (CMS)
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
