Job Title: Land Development Construction Manager
Job Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $140k-$160k + Bonus 
Requirements: 4+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience in Land Development, horizontal & vertical construction, 

Position Overview:
The Land Development Construction Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of land development projects from preconstruction through to project completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage land development projects from initiation to completion
• Prepare and review RFPs and bid documents
• Conduct quantity take-offs and review construction drawings and specifications
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Organize and lead preconstruction meetings with stakeholders
• Coordinate utility installations and site visits
• Monitor quality control and productivity on site
• Manage demolition, earthwork, utilities, paving, grading, landscape, hardscape, and amenities work
• Review contractor pay requests and submittals
• Respond to RFIs and maintain as-built drawings
• Conduct constructability reviews and manage project closeout procedures
• Mentor and manage employees, ensuring effective communication within the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in land development and construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project scheduling
• Proven experience with utility coordination and site management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Experience with budget management and invoice review
• Familiarity with quality control processes and safety regulations
• Certifications in construction management or related fields are a plus
