Insurance Sales Representative - Work from Home

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and Sell: Present the benefits and value of our life insurance products to potential customers in a compelling manner.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through open and honest communication, aiming to close sales and foster customer loyalty.
Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team goals for new customer acquisition on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Track Progress: Document interactions with prospects and track your performance against goals using our systems.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers.

What We're Looking For:

Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required.
Licensing: If you're not already Health/Life licensed, you must be willing to obtain a state license if selected.
Relationship Management: Excellent skills in managing and building client relationships.
Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and surpass goals.
Communication Skills: Strong abilities in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
