Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Center Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, marketing and managing social media content, as well as ensuring each event runs smoothly and meet and exceed the client's expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote the event center and its offerings.

· Identify target audiences and tailor strategies to reach them effectively.

· Produce engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters. Manage the event center’s social media accounts.

· Create, schedule and post content regularly to drive engagement and increase followers.

· Oversee the event center’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.

· Design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and banners.

· Develop and implement strategies to promote specific events hosted at the center.

· Collaborate with event organizers to maximize event visibility and attendance.

· Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, media outlets, and influencers.

· Create partnership opportunities that enhance the event center’s visibility and reputation.

· Develop initiatives to engage with potential and existing customers, such as loyalty programs or special promotions.

· Attend Networking Event to promote and market the Event Center

· Candidate must live close to the Event Center

Additional Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination and marketing of the event center.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Create detailed event timelines and ensure all parties adhere to the schedule.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment and decorations are in place and meet the client's specifications.
  • Assist clients with technological aspects of the Event Center not limited to connecting to the Wi-Fi, providing door access as well as use of the screens and AV equipment for their event usage.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked accurately.
  • Conduct site visits and walk-throughs with clients to discuss event logistics and layout.
  • Provide post-event reports and feedback to clients and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during events.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during events, ensuring they are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
