Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing efforts, optimize our HubSpot platform, and drive lead generation through impactful content, SEO strategies, and engaging video creation. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and have experience creating sales enablement materials, as well as executing high-performing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Website Optimization:

Lead initiatives to boost SEO rankings and increase organic traffic through targeted keyword strategies, on-page optimization, and content creation.
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for search engines, fast-loading, and user-friendly.

Sales Enablement Content:

Partner with sales and product marketing teams to develop compelling sales enablement content, such as product one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and customer success stories.
Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date, on-brand, and aligned with core value propositions.

Video Content Creation:

Work with internal teams to create video scripts and storyboards that align with marketing goals.
Optimize video content for the web, social media, and email campaigns to enhance customer engagement.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives, driving brand awareness and website traffic.
Track and report on social media performance, making adjustments to optimize reach and engagement.

HubSpot Marketing:

Oversee the HubSpot platform, utilizing it for campaign automation, lead nurturing, and email marketing.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Implement advanced workflows for automation, ensuring efficient campaign execution and personalized customer engagement.

Webinar Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Plan, manage, and execute webinars, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
Build and optimize landing pages in HubSpot for webinar invites, registration, and follow-ups to drive lead generation.
Coordinate post-webinar campaigns, including email nurturing and lead tracking, to convert attendees into sales opportunities.
Report on webinar performance metrics and provide insights to inform future webinar strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on SEO, lead generation, content creation, and video marketing.
Expertise in HubSpot for campaign automation, CRM, reporting, and lead management.
Strong ability to analyze and report on key marketing metrics to inform decision-making.
Proficiency in SEO best practices with a track record of improving search engine rankings.
Excellent content creation skills, including the development of sales enablement materials and video content.
Experience managing social media platforms and developing social media strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, and web development teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or telecom sectors.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, HubSpot, and webinar platforms.
Knowledge of paid search and digital advertising strategies.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
