Finni Health is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. If you're looking for a rewarding part-time role with paid training and career growth opportunities , we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a child’s home and community settings
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
Collect and record therapy data to track progress
Attend team meetings and training sessions as scheduled
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (ideal for those pursuing psychology, education, or ABA careers)
Experience working with children (preferred)
Active RBT certification (preferred, but training is provided)
CPR certification (required, but training is available)
Reliable transportation for in-home visits
Ability to pass a background check
ABA: 1 year (Required)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to maintain active postures (kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting) for extended periods
Location: Kirkland, Redmond, and Sammamish, WA
Schedule
Monday: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday – Thursday: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
