Nielson Construction is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our company as a Home Operations Technician. This position will keep all project areas clean, inside and out. The ideal candidate can successfully work independently while staying on task to keep up with scheduled projects. This is a part-time position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make sure homes are ready for open houses and showings.
• Clean up home construction sites by, sweeping, power washing exterior and driveways. 
• Complete minor touchups such as painting and caulking.
• Lawn care and snow removal.
• Other various repair and maintenance duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Able to complete miscellaneous small home repairs.
• Ability to prioritize workload and follow a project schedule.
• Focused attention to detail and appreciation of quality work.
• Able to proactively address potential issues.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team’s success.
• Knowledge of framing, repair/patching drywall, & carpentry is preferred but not required.
