Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Duration: 3+ Months
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Work Model: Onsite (Some remote flexibility available)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Shared Services Center. This role will support payroll processing and inquiries for employees across various categories, including salary, hourly, union, and international employees. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working onsite routinely, with some remote flexibility, and must be local to Milwaukee.

• Process payroll transactions and address payroll-related inquiries through the Payroll Shared Services Center.
• Participate in daily call center operations and assist Payroll Administrators with troubleshooting and best practices.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Supervisor to monitor and maintain payroll data integrity.
• Stay updated on changes in federal and state payroll laws and implement necessary process adjustments.
• Work collaboratively with the Shared Services Center team and leadership on payroll projects.

• 5+ years of payroll administration experience, with strong knowledge of payroll functions, procedures, and compliance.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems such as ADP (Global View), Workday, or SuccessFactors (preferred).
• Experience with ADP eTime is a plus but not required.
• General knowledge of health and welfare plans as they relate to payroll.
• Prior experience processing union payroll is preferred but not required.
