POSITION SUMMARY

Arrowpoint Corporation, a MorphWorks company, is seeking a talented and experienced Power Apps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and managing applications using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative solutions that enhance our clients' business processes. Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Administer and develop SharePoint Online sites, including site collections, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure effective use of deployed applications
• Create detailed technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online to recommend and implement improvements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online
• Possess a Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification
• Proven track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions
• Experience in SharePoint Online administration and development
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and software development best practices
• Additional certifications in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint are highly desirable

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for developing custom business applications
• Proficient in designing and managing SharePoint Online sites, including site collections, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with REST API and JSON
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with project management methodologies and project management tools to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Strong documentation skills to create detailed technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
