Requirements:
8+ years cooking experience in high volume or fine dining with am prep crews
Saucier, baking, pastry, pasta, butchery Skills are essential. Able to execute recipe's correctly, attention to detail.Team player
Available to working early mornings and weekends
Communication, positive attitude, works well under pressure, dedicated to the culinary arts
