Working alongside Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a On-Call Private Events Server who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious service at all times.
• Interacts with other staff and event planners and responds quickly to needs and requests.
• Displays consistent attention to detail and follow-through of all department policies.
• Maintains clean and organized workstations that are cohesive with the restaurant's philosophy, culture, and standards of excellence.

General Requirements 

• 1 year of upscale service experience and knowledge of service and food and beverage
• Must be available to work flexible hours and days including early morning, days, evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Current Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Server certificates
• Must be impeccably groomed and maintain good hygiene.
