Pay Rate:

• Pay is $17.50 - $24.50 (Depending on Experience)
• Progression plan with pay increases:
  • Technician Level I (6 months)
  • Technician Level II-III (1-2 years)
  • Technician Level IV (3-5 years)

What’s a typical day as a Production Assembly Worker? You’ll:

• Train to perform various fabrication processes.
• Use your hands and various tools to complete various fabrication processes.
• Work as an individual and as part of a team to meet daily production needs.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• A stable work history.
• Willingness to learn how to use various tools.
• Desire to gain different manufacturing skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use hands with small items and in small spaces.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.

Schedules:

• Some training will be on day shift.
• Monday – Thursday 5:00am – 3:30pm (Friday is OT day)
• Monday – Thursday 3:30pm – 2:00am (Sunday is OT day) + 10% differential
• Friday – Sunday 5:00am – 5:30pm (36 hours but paid for full 40 hours) (Thursday or Monday is OT day) + 12% differential
