Job Summary: ListingNaples, a top producing real estate team in Naples, Florida, is seeking a Full Time REALTOR® to join our dynamic and successful team. This is a commission only sales position with the potential to earn $100,000 per year. This role will require an individual who is highly driven, has exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping clients with their real estate needs. Compensation & Benefits: This is a commission only sales position with a potential to earn $100,000 per year. Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various methods including networking, cold calling, and attending events
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide exceptional service
• Conduct market analyses and provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information
• Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting properties in the Naples area
• Coordinate and attend property viewings and open houses
• Negotiate contracts and transactions on behalf of clients
• Stay updated on market trends and changes in real estate laws and regulations
• Build and maintain a strong professional network to support business growth

• A valid REALTOR® license in the state of Florida
• No prior real estate sales experience required!
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in using technology and real estate software
• Knowledge of the Naples real estate market
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills
• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
