The Role We Want You For

As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be instrumental in identifying and recruiting both passive and active highly qualified candidates for assigned openings. You will build strong relationships and serve as an account manager for our internal clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met. By gaining a deep understanding of our competitive market, industry landscape, and unique cultural strengths, you will help attract top talent. You will guide and support candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they not only possess the necessary skills but also align with our company culture. This on-site role is highly visible and involves close collaboration with our enterprise leaders to drive the growth and success of our organization.

The Specifics of the Role

  • Job Advertising & Sourcing: Post job advertisements across various platforms and assist with researching and sourcing potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Applicant Tracking & Database Management: Maintain and manage the recruiting Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Job Description Review: Review job descriptions for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before posting to ensure they align with the company's needs and attract suitable candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including making complex travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Offer Letters & Reference Checks: Assist in drafting and proofreading offer letters and conducting thorough reference checks for potential hires.
  • New Hire Orientation: Support the onboarding process by assisting with new hire orientations and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • College Recruiting Program: Actively support the college recruiting program by participating in events, outreach, and candidate engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or related major.
  • Staffing agency experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM/applicant tracking systems is highly preferred.
  • Friendly disposition and genuinely care for and like people is a must.
  • Proficiency in All Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Superior time management skills.
  • Very high organization and multi-task capability.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Salary Range: Competitive Annual Salary: Based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location.
