This role is a highly entrepreneurial opportunity focused on the growth of services across a number of disciplines and industries. To be successful in this role, you should be well organized with proven ability to build executive level relationships, gather information through needs-based selling, lead with a solution-oriented mindset, and provide solid sales, leadership and managerial skills. Key Responsibilities

+ Define the agency services sales win strategy and key performance metrics to ensure progression of deals and maintain forecast accuracy.

+ Develop and implement a business development strategy for services to meet or exceed quarter sales targets.

+ Identify new opportunities to expand and grow the agency services business including analyzing market and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.

+ Leverage your network and Oracle software relationships to generate new leads ensure they are progressing.

+ Collaborate with the software and services marketing team to develop and execute effective promotion campaigns to support business development efforts.

+ Build and maintain executive level relationships

+ Develop professional executive-level relationships with clients, prospects, and internally within Oracle.

+ In collaboration with your leadership team, you will be responsible for developing plans to create and execute agency services offerings.

+ Support the agency services account teams in identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts.

+ Participate in webinars, events, lunch and learns, and other go-to-market mediums to further the presence of Oracle agency services

+ Measure, analyze, track and report on net new business, process and quality metrics to achieve targets.

+ Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our SaaS platforms so you can provide solution-oriented recommendations.

+ This role will be based on meeting key targets such as revenue growth, quota attainment, and driving pipeline growth.

+ Developing solid and collaborative relationships with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Services, Support, and other internal functions.

+ Staying “in the market” and remaining relevant to prospects and clients

+ Representing Oracle Digital Experience Agency at applicable Oracle and industry events.

+ Continuously monitoring the marketplace and be recognized as a marketing thought leader.

+ Monitoring and contributing recommendations/innovations to further increase agency sales and support platform sales.

+ Connecting with our people, developing an engaged consulting organization committed to our shared vision and goals.

Skills and Experience

The preferred candidate will have 10+ years of experience in consulting services, sales, and agency services delivery preferably with a focus in Marketing and digital customer experience. Ideally, s/he will be someone who instinctively analyzes experiences to determine how to make them better ensuring a remarkable relationship with prospects and clients.

More specifically, s/he will have the experience described below:

+ Have the ability to network and develop leads for the agency business.

+ Enjoy working with senior level executives and understand the right questions to ask to drive unique solutions.

+ Having a proven track record of building pipeline and agency services sales success.

+ Be held accountable to managing deadlines.

US: Hiring Range: from $154,800 to $338,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
