Job Description

Position Overview: The Senior Financial Analyst will review and analyze current and previous financials, performance, and operating procedures. You will help assist with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecast updates.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for budget/forecast variances.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for financial reporting.
• Provide guidance and support to junior financial analysts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with financial systems and tools
• Strong Microsoft application skills. 
• Netsuite experience is a plus.
