Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Boston MA. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in providing financial analysis and reporting to support the companys growth and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and create financial models to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management.
Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and team members.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
