2. Travel Planning:
   

   • Customize cruise itineraries based on client preferences budget and group size.
     
   • Coordinate group bookings including accommodations dining reservations and onboard activities.
     

3. Destination Expertise:
   

   • Stay updated on cruise destinations ports of call and onboard amenities to provide expert advice to clients.
     
   • Research and recommend shore excursions and activities tailored to each groups interests.
     

4. Training and Development:
   

   • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge sales skills and customer service techniques.
     
   • Stay informed about industry trends and updates to remain competitive in the market.
     

5. Client Satisfaction:
   

   • Ensure exceptional service from initial inquiry to posttravel followup to exceed client expectations.
     
   • Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
     

Qualifications and Requirements:
